MY JOURNEY
I’m Serki Tesfaye, a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC). My journey in the healthcare field has been both diverse and deeply fulfilling. Over the years, I’ve worked in a range of settings, from intensive care units, cardiac catheterization labs, and other specialized fields such as interventional radiology, laser treatments, and presurgical services. Through these experiences, I have developed a profound understanding of patient care and a commitment to treating the whole person, not just their symptoms. I’ve always believed that beauty is more than skin deep—it’s about feeling your best from the inside out.
I founded Derma-Radiance & Wellness to provide a space where clients of all skin tones can experience advanced aesthetic treatments alongside a focus on holistic well-being. I’m deeply committed to inclusivity, tailoring care to the unique needs of diverse skin types. Whether through microneedling, PRP (platelete-rich Plasma) therapy, light therapy, chemical peels, neurotoxin injections, or other treatments.
My goal is to offer safe, effective treatments that enhance each client’s natural beauty and restore their confidence and vitality.

The initial consultation fee of $125 is fully refundable with any skin procedure or product purchase, as we believe in making the right investment in your skin from the start.
